Heh, today it IS way too cold here. Gods sakes, you'd think the sun would never rise again at this rate.

It is not usually as cold as it was a couple weeks ago, seems to be back to normal now though, even a bit warm.

Anyone in Co Springs still? I'm moving there soon w/ my fiance who's stationed at Carson and we'll be getting our gliders as soon as we're settled in.

Unfortunately it's not really a colony just yet. I have four pairs as things stand now. I aso have Rockin' vet. Barb is the best. Her office is all of five minutes from my house.. and she adores gliders. Have you figured where you're getting yours from? I know of one who might have some babies in time and she visits the city quite a bit.

Well, I'm hoping to get mine from a girl that listed hers on this site...she lives up in MT. We've been talking back and forth on pm's and I told her to consider it a done deal but I haven't heard back from her just yet, so if it falls through I'd definitely love to find some babies. The ones we were looking at right now are 9mo old brother and sister and the brother has been neutered. How close to the post do you live? (Ft. Carson)

I'm about a 30(ish)minute drive from Ft Cartoon if traffic isn't too heavy. The base is south of me.

Wow! There are so many of you in CO. I am going for a visit in December/January for a family reunion/vacation to Winter Park. I am bringing my younger sister with me and she would love to see a glider. Maybe I could meet up with someone and talk glider.:)

I'm sure that some of us can get together for s's and g's around that time. : smiles :

ooh! ooh! I wanna get together! I wished there were more of us Colorado'ans (or whatever you guys call yourself, since I'm now one of whatever that may be) to have a big ole get together. I'm totally in though when you come up here.

Coloradans and as for get-togethers, it'd be nice but I won't be going up to denver for any anytime soon. Once burned out, twice as wary to bother.

Colorado get togthers never really seem to happen successfully.

Tch, they did at first. Now though, Maybe something in the 'Springs area? I can ask around and see if there's someplace that we all can meetup now and again that won't cost anything and we can have a source of snacks and such.

I don't get on here very often but I also live in the Springs ( just outside of Ft Carson as we are stationed here ) in Widefield/Fountain. I have 4 sugar gliders that ive had since...forever...99ish when I started raising gliders.
I pop on here now and then but with a 3 year old toddler and twins on the way I don't have a lot of time or energy. Hopefully you guys can manage to get together.

It would be really fun if we could get together in CO. I would love to meet more suggie owned people and swap stories. Also 2 ferrets- Stinky and Zaus,
2 cats- Luci Furr and Puss Eidon,
and one new Sheba Inu/Min Schnauzer mix puppy- Rocky.

All are rescues! If anyone around here ever needs a glider nanny or any sort of pet nanny, let me know!
