Found a fairly large wasp nest, and harvested the brood for Darcy & the gang. (Only got stung once, and the pleasure Darcy derived from the larvae was well worth it.)

There are many things I will do for Stryder, but getting stung by a wasp is not one of them. ooo I admire you for being able to do it. Those were very good pictures of him enjoying his treats. By the way, he looks so very healthy it's hard to imagine him ever being sick. Did you let him eat all of the larvae out of the nest or save some for another time?

That reminds me of my grandpa. He could grab a big red wasp nest and have them crawling all over his arms, but they would NOT sting him. Unfortunately, I didn't inherit that ability from him, so my girls will not be feasting on wasp larvae. crazy
