Isn't there a website addy I can go to for USDA information for my state? I've not bred any babies that won't be staying with me as of yet, but I guess it's about that time to get my paperwork going and get licensed...

USDA license info Check this out, this should give you some insight and contact numbers. I would call them on the phone, don't try to use the downloadable forms or apply on the net. For some reason when I called the office they scoffed at the idea and insisted on sending me the actual forms. Calling them gets you results faster.
