I took my gliders to the vet today,i found out the mom has a baby in her pouch and they had their nails cut, but their little nails bled a little is this normal, because it scared me...

sounds like the vet got a little too close when clipping the nails. It should be okay though. Did they put anything on it to stop the bleeding? When clipping a glider's nails, you should really only take off the tip. But if you clip them yourself at home, be sure and have either steptic powder or plain flour available to put on the end of the nail if you should clip too close and it will stop the bleeding.

No they didn't put anything on the nails, he handled them pretty rough though he was squeezing them real tight, i guess they wouldn't stop moving, they we're making noise the whole time it made me so nervous.

Now they keep slipping off my shoulder and sliding down my arms because they cant hold on.... i feel soo bad and i am scared because sometimes they slide off my shoulder and Plop! on the floor they are... you cant even feel there nails on my skin anymore all i feel is there hands and feet...i am really worried and i am not sure what to do..Can any one please help!
