I just realized that I never introduced myself her in roll call!

Union Grove, WI here . For you's who have never heard of Union Grove its a small hick town located about 25 mins from downtown Racine .

Hi everyone!
I'm here in Beaver Dam and have been fascinated by sugar gliders for many years, and have recently been seriously considering adopting one or perhaps a pair.

Is there anybody willing to send me a list of REPUTABLE breeders in my area? (That would include Madison, Fond du Lac, POSSIBLY Milwaukee) Or else perhaps point me in the right direction to start my own search?

In the meantime I'm going to continue to do my homework and research.

I am from Oregon, Wisconsin. I have 5 parrots, 2 guinea pigs, 2 sugar gliders and 11 horses.

I am from Eau Claire, WI and I am a new mommy to two baby boys!

I live in greenfield, been a wisconsinite my entire life...and boy, this year I am getting sick of the snow. I have 2 new sugar gliders (gizmo and gumdrop), 3 ferrets (frodo, skitzo, and cosmo), 2 cats (booger and morgan), a husband, a 2 year old son, and another son on the way. talk about a full house...lol

Pixie, you and I are practically neighbors! I live about 20 minutes from you!

I am so glad the snow is melting at long last! Bye-bye, snow!

Soon to be a Wisconsinite! So, nice to meet you all!

We've got a week and a half left before our move... going to be in the Dells or surrounding area. Boss is relocating us so he has someone managing his new shop up there!

Hi,

I don't think the snow will be gone before Serastes gets to Wisconsin. We got about 10 inches here yesterday and last night.

The trip is officially underway... we made it most of the way today, but decided to stop in a hotel for the night... lots of driving will make you more tired than you might guess!

But, we should be there by early afternoon or so... I can't wait to see what it's like there!

A get together sounds awesome, I'd love to meet you all once we get settled in!

Also, just so I'm prepared in case of emergencies, are there any really good vets in or around the Dells/surrounding areas that come highly recommended?

Serastes, one of my high school classmates lives in Baraboo, near the Dells. I will email her and ask her to call around for a vet for you! Will let you know when I hear back from her!

I use the Veterinary College for my exotics. I take the parrots and the guinea pigs there. Haven't had the gliders there yet.

But with them seeing my exotics if I have an emergency I can just call and go.

I also think that a get together would be a great idea.

So, we finally got most of our stuff unloaded and some of it unpacked tonight, though that's probably the least amount of fun I've had with the move so far, lol.

I wanted to get outside and play in the snow- it's been forever since I've seen this much of it! (even if it all is just in big piles along the sides of the road, for the most part)

The pets all did well with the move, and they're settling in nicely.

And thanks, Pix and Feather, for help me with finding a vet around here!
