Hey, Gwen - are you continuing to send the petition to the city council? Cuz there are some awesome comments on the signatures...and I think the signatures are still coming in... I know, it's probably pointless - but I was just curious!

Does anyone know exactly who this affects? Is it only people with a St. Paul mailing address or within the boundry lines? I'm in Ham Lake, one of the "burbs". Am I at risk of losing my babies? Can I drive through St. Paul with my pouch or if I get pulled over do I lose my little ones?

You should be okay. They said they are not actively seeking them - and I'm sure as long as you don't live there, you should be able to drive through there with them... If you want to be on the safe side, maybe you should call the St. Paul animal control or something to check with them?
