My inspector was very nice. First she checks all the cages to make sure they have plenty of room to run and climb, jump.
She made sure the had somewhere warm and soft to sleep. She also look for rust on my cages. All my cages were covered but she did comment that she didn't like to see food on the walls or in the floor. Also make sure your cages are not sitting on the floor.
She selected at random to see my gliders. Out of 14 she checked 6.
She ask about there
diet and made sure all dishes and water bottles were clean and they all had water. My gliders have their names on water bottles and food bowls so they always get the same dish just in case I have a sick glider.
She also made sure that my
pouches, dirty
pouches and
toys, etc. were in a container and labled.
That is pretty much it and then she went over how to fill out all the paper work and said she would see me again within 45 days to make sure I was on track....
