Upon learning you can cook the eggs in the microwave (thanks Peggy) that is the way to go. It takes a couple of minutes and no more stirring them till they are done. But WOW do they get fluffy make sure you use a deep bowl!!
OK is it my glider or does this happen to anyone else...Magoo will always leave a tiny bit of the HPW in the bottom of the bowl always (ha momma just gives him a tiny bit extra to make up for his left overs so he still gets his 1.5 teaspoons lol) except on HPW making night he licks the bowl clean??? Is the boy a FRESH is best freak or what!! Silly Boy

The way I do it is toss the eggs in a bowl and microwave them on high at 30 second intervals and stir in between the intervals... It usually only takes 30 seconds/egg....

How many batches of HPW does 1 lb of bee pollen get you?
And how exactly do you make scrambled eggs in the microwave? Can anybody give me some good instructions?

And how exactly do you make scrambled eggs in the microwave? Can anybody give me some good instructions? Break the eggs into a LARGE microwave safe bowl. (They really puff up - so you need one much larger then you think) Stir them up really well with a fork. Then microwave them on high for 1 minute. Take 'em out. Stir 'em up again. Then 'wave 'em 30 seconds at a time until they are solid. (usually takes 2 minutes for mine - but as they always say "microwave ovens vary")

I think they blow up less when I stir them really well? I can't just break the yolk, I have to mix it up well, too.
And I think shorter "zaps" helps, too - I know it takes 2 minutes to cook - but I don't do all the time in one shot. I break it up, stir, etc.

Will the hpw powder & bee pollen stay good that long? Seeing that I am making it for only 2 gliders I don't want to buy the 250g box of powder & 1lb of pollen & have to toss half of it out. I know if you keep it in the fridge it stays good longer just didn't know how long (920 nights is a long time! lol)

Yeah, I have to make HPW for 2 gliders and I was wondering the same thing, Stacy. I have decided that I am going to use those freezer cups with lids that you can get at Kroger/Walmart,etc to store the HPW in as well as the air tight rubbmaid containers. I bought both the 250g box and 1lb bee pollen so I hope it will stand up to the amt of time it will actually take to use it all!
