jkaradeema Glider Lover Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 582 Nashville, TN	I have shipped gliders to Georgia they are legal. I called the Georgia Wildlife, and the State vet, before I shipped. They both said they were legal. The only stipulation they have is the glider has to come from a USDA licensed breeder. This was taken from the link above. Note: Sugar gliders are legal as pets if the owner possesses valid documentation that the animal originated from a source inspected and regulated by the United States Department of Agriculture. They were legalized in May 08. I shipped the glider to a lady, and had no problems at all. Jason and Kristin Karadeema
