WOW! That is a super white tip! Your gliders look a little different. They resemble wild gliders in a way (IMO...maybe I am crazy)
They are cuties though. I know lots of people are gonna be jealous of you! LOL.

No you're not crazy, these gliders are common to this part of Australia and are very different to the ones you have in the U.S. The ones in the U.S. are more similar to the ones from northern parts of Australia, Papua New Guinea and Indonesia. My babies are quite dark in colour and will end up being a lot bigger. My boys (fully grown) are just huge in comparison to most I've seen on GC. Still sooooo cute though of course!
Father of 6 Sugar Gliders (4 female, 2 male), 6 Inland Bearded Dragons (4 female, 2 male), 1 guinea pig (female), 1 female cat (DOB: 11/1/09), 1 female Sheltie dog (DOB: 5/13/10), 1 male Japanese Spitz dog (DOB: 7/4/11) and numerous goldfish.

Awwwwwww, they are precious! And yes, definitely can see the difference between them and those in the US. Love that tail! I know they will thrive under your care! Keep us posted on how they are doing and again, congrats!

OK! So long as I am not crazy! Lol. I noticed the difference right away...they are darker, look larger, facial and overall structure, huge white tip, super thick bushy tail, HUGE white tip...yup they look like wild ones. Lol...of course leave it to me to not even look where you are located....and if I had...I would have known better right then! Lol.
Anyhoo...congrats on your babies. They look so different than ours here! Still very cute of course...just different.

they're adorable! love the white tip! this was in 2008 but... now it's 2010 and looking at his signature it looks like he has split them up and made the two into breeding pairs? am i mistaken? please correct me if i'm wrong.

I don't think he bred the blind or the WT glider: I sold the breeding pair soon after the boys were old enough to leave their parents. I kept these boys and purchased 2 females from someone else. These now make up 2 seperate breeding pairs.

Good for you. They are lovely. They look much bigger than I would have expected but heard gliders in Australia are larger. Have you seen them in the wild there?
