Hey, I have been looking into getting a couple of Gliders..

It seems Pa is on the hit list for having them illegal. I am wondering how true this is because I have seen a lot of places saying that they are in fact legal.

Anyway I am looking for info on this and I figured this would be the place to see about it..

I live not to far from Pittsburgh and hate to inform you but Gliders ARE ILLEGAL! That is exactly why I live over here in WV I refused to give up my babies to live there. From what I hear they are pretty brutal on the punishment for having them also!

I am afraid not... I think you used to be able to get permits for them but then all of the sudden they quit doing it. I know that if they find your gliders they usually put them down unless you find a nice person who will let you rehome it within a certain amount of time. There was a petition going around to legalize them for awhile I don't know what ever happened with that tho.

And they wonder why people are leaving PA, cause of stupid laws like this...
