Hi Cora (and Spencer Man!!!)
I think it is just a closer photo and it is also the angle of his body when I took it. Depending on how he is sitting It is hard to see sometimes. I think it has been there longer than I knew because of that. He is acting just fine but we all know how that goes with these guys.

I will see what the vet says about the pictures. I have to run some Poo down there from the boys and I will bring the Boo with me.

Boo Boo's Fecal/Float was negative today, as was Boo Jr's.
The DR felt the lump as he said it feels softer. Boo lost 1 gram since Thursday. Boo is still his friendly and good spirited self and I am sure he is glad to be back home as he had treats and went right into bed with BJ.
Another day in "Gliderdise" mlove wave

Not at this point. The DR felt good about it getting softer and after this run of medication we will see where things stand.

Thanks Mary!

A gram is nothing - a gram can just mean the time of day, an empty bladder, a big poop, etc...

Or, a smaller lump!

Hmmmm...Do I need to call him Mr. Squishy Lump now? It doesn't have the same ring to it...

Not much change in Boo-Boo. He weighed 193gm just now which is actually a gram more than his first vet visit on Thursday last week. It has been fluctuating only by a gram one way or the other.
He is still a happy little camper as best I can tell.

Have a great day everyone!

Pat, Boo-Boo, and BJ.

My nails age long gone!!!
No change in the size of the lump.
I have a scale home now so I can closely monitor his weight for any serious change up or down in weight.

Can we say "Nerve wracking!!!!"
I will check on "King Boo-Boo" again a little later.
thanks

Have to go feed the boys!

They are so cute! They look like they're posing for their close-ups! The lump doesn't seem to bother him, does it? I hope and pray for the best for Boo!

Not that I can tell, even when I feel it. He will go back to the vet probably on Monday.

That's just so strange - I wonder if suggies get fat pockets like people do? Maybe that's just where he stores all his Oreos - I mean mealies! roflmao

Gina, anyone or thing can get a fatty tumor. And the way it popped up, it very likely is just that. Now, that being said, if it is, it will still need to be removed, as it will continue to grow and will eventually split the skin. Praying that is all this is, a big lump of fat.

Ok, I may be way off in left field here, but I know they have injections that dissolve fat. They use it for this new non-surgical liposuction that all the celebrities are getting (I can't help it, I read People). So, in theory, a fat pocket could just be injected with this "stuff" & "dissolved". I wonder if vets have access to that kind of stuff yet?

Well I'm thinking that Boo is some sort of a little celebrity on G/C-LOL!!! so why not roflmao

Actually though, we go back to the vet first thing Monday morning for another look see.
This is frustrating but I am glad he is doing well besides having the lump.

I will keep the updates coming.

Thank you all,

Never heard of that (but I would be more afraid of that, then just having it removed surgically....) If it is growing quickly, it has its own blood supply (most likely) and they will need to close those off. That's what happened with Timmy and why his was growing so quickly. His was not cancer, it was basically a fat tumor and they did get it all.

Pat, I just now looked at that last video, not having really looked at any pics of your babies before.

I have to say...they are GORGOUS. BJ has got to be the most DARKLY marked black beauty I've ever seen. Incredible dark and bold face markings!

And they both seem so calm! As you said in your video, not fully awake but still, most of mine, even sleepy probably wouldn't hold that still for me to get video like that. (well, Reep probably would, maybe Azalea but none of the rest)

I'm sending out positive thoughts and energy that Boo will do just as Gina said and make that lump go away.

Pat, Did you just wake them up for the video? They are so calm heart They're really handsome boys. The lump truly doesn't seem to bother him in the least. Hopefully the vet will have some insight when you take him back on Monday.

Hi everyone!
Just a quickie before my workathon. Yes the boys were just waking up in the video but they are pretty calm like that anyway.
Boo weighed in at 191.9 so is still with in a gram of last weeks initial vet visit weight.
He is doing well and was climbing the ropes in his room when I went in this morning to check on them and tuck them in sleep sleep sleep
I have sent the vet last nights lump picture. We go in on Monday morning to see what we can see.
It's Friday everyone (my monday though upset) so have a great day and a GREAT weekend!
thanks

Pat, Boo-Boo, and Bj.

Sunday evening 10/5. Boo and Bj just got up. I weighed Boo and he is 186.1, down from his initial vet visit on 9/25 where he weight 192 grams. The lump looks bigger to me and a lot depends on how he is held or the camera angle when I take his picture.
He is still active and eating and being his usual Boo-Boo self heart
We go in tomorrow morning at 8:30 and I will update when we get back.
