my mom bought my lil men a bunch of toys, one of them is a latex rubebry thing..lol it looks fun but ive never given them a latex toy..is it safe?

Latex like what? Can you describe the toy a bit more or maybe post a piccy? Here's a good rule of thumb - If it's soft enough that they could easily chew a piece off & ingest it - then toss it. Ingested plastic/rubber/foam easily becomes an intestinal blockage or bowel obstruction.
