I remember there was a list somewhere that had what the protein, fat, etc. in all fruits and veggies and meat does anyone have this? I might have seem it in a book? Please help thanks.

This is not the one from before, but it will help out.

Click on the fruit on the right side and it will also give you the breakdown on them.
