Wow! 7 days seems like a long time to get there from FL! It only takes me about 10 hours to get from FL to VA!
When I travel (we travel back and forth from VA to FL a few times per year) I always take a cooler with freezer packs in it. If you don't have freezer packs then use zip lock bags filled with ice. You can stop and get more ice when needed. It keeps everything nice and cold! Usually that will make their food last about 3 days. You can also stop along your way at a grocery store and pick up fresh fruits and veggies for them. I would recommend the already cut fruits so you don't have to worry about finding a place to wash them. You can always wash them in a bathroom.
Also, freeze some water bottles. They will help keep your food cold and when thawed give your suggies plenty of water!
I would try to stick to their normal
diet as much as possible so they don't get stressed even more. The trip will be stressful enough for them.
I hope I helped some. If you have any other questions feel free to ask! We go on family road trips ALL the time! We load our 4 little girls , 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 suggies up in my truck and off we go! (people tend to stare at rest stops! We look like a clown car when we all go to get out for a break! LoL!)
Good luck on your move! Have lots of fun on your drive! Stay safe!!!
