If you can get her into a 24 hr ER vet, even one that doesn't know about gliders can do a sub-q and urine and fecal tests. Sometimes there just isn't one that will deal with gliders, and I have run into that myself-even showing up at their door with sick glider in hand they refused to treat. If you can-get her in. In the meantime, you want to push fluids..gatorade or pedialyte 50/50 with water(pedialyte is preferred, but use what you've got-the electrolytes in these will help her retain the fluids), fruit juice, nectar, water, whatever-you can put small amounts down her via syringe if necessary. KEEP HER WARM by either having her in a pouch under a jacket on you, or having her in your shirt so she can share your body heat-if you absolutely can't have her seen until 7, it's going to be a long night, I wouldn't return her to her cage this ill, but keep her with you. That way her body only has to deal with fighting whatever is wrong, and you're providing the heat she needs, and the comfort of your presence. You can offer her favorite fruits/veggies/treats, small pieces of scrambled egg...whatever she is most likely to eat -like hawaiian delight lickys off your fingers or a spoon (I wouldn't worry too much about nutrition tonight, if she'll eat anything, that's good). You may also be able to put some watered bml down by syringe...no more food/fluids than .5cc's or so every couple hours by syringe-if she gets overloaded it could start coming back up. Other than that, there isn't a whole lot you can do short of a seeing a vet and determining what exactly is wrong. Keep us updated.

anyone know of a vet in/near the columbia missouri area?
i've already called Noah's Ark
Horton Animal Hospital
and the vet. school at univeristy of missouri
i also called the vetrinarian in boonville
all of them have said they themselves have no glider experience and would suggest fluids until morning

I wish I could help. Just keep trying with the fluids. Also, you might want to see if you can get a little honey or Karo syrup into this little one. It could be low blood sugar as well. Fluids are most important though. Prayers for you and this little baby.
