Hey all! Yet another color question. There is a glider on the Pet Glider pedigree database named Andy. He is listed as a platinum colored Creme-ino. Is this yet another color combo? Opinions please. He is sooooooooo gorgeous.

All Andy is, is a creme-ino that has a darker silver cream color. There is no platinum in his lineage.

thanks That's what I thought. Are most Creme-inos the same color or are breeders starting to get variations like Andy?

Tyler, that is what she stated as well...

And no all creminos are not all the same color and yes, there are some breeders that are attempting to get variations.

Im still waiting to see a cremino mosaic...Im sure it will happen one day.

THAT is the color cremino I want. BEAUTIFUL baby heart

Now, does that baby already belong to someone or does she go ahead and put her babies in her database? OR did she keep him?

He is very cute! Pricilla also has a white tip creme-ino on her site. White face can also be expressed in the creme-inos.

A lot of breeders are trying to get creme-inos expressing mosaic also, but no one has done that so far that I know of.

I believe that Priscilla is keeping the plat colored creme-ino boy. I did congratulate her on him the other day when I spoke with her. Does anyone know of any others with this coloring? I too am also waiting to see Mosaics with creme-ino coloring expressed. I am guessing that since mosaic is a dominant this is how it might show?? I think that Priscilla might be the one to get it done. She is def on top of the game lately and has enough gliders in her program to do it, lol. She always has such beautiful babies. I am sooo jealous.

He really is pretty isn't he?
I am hoping for creamino mosaic's- but only time will tell.
I am more excited about my little shy Ceres finally starting to come into her own and become a more outgoing little girl though!

I've seen him before. He's absolutely gorgeous! I was wondering the same thing, though.

I think in order to get a creamino mosaic, you could breed a mosaic with a creamino, hopefully getting a mosaic that carries the creamino gene, and then breeding the het with a creamino.

Just a guess. I'm sure the ones trying for it are trying everything. tounge

That'd be confusing... a white mosaic creamino! roflmao

Question is... would it have black eyes or burgundy eyes?

or get a Mo 100% creme-ino het and breed it with another 100% creme-ino het. I'm hoping to see that too, I'm fascinated with the creme-ino's. I think they are beautiful. grin
