i stay in texas and i know gliders are legal but today i was out wiyh my glider and a lady walked up to me and told me they are illegal in the city of allen i'm checking on it now but is there anyone out there that could help me.

i cant say yes or no but to me that sounds extremely dumb that they are legal except for that city.......

Hate to say it, but in this area, each city has it's own rules and regulations. Legal in Garland, Frisco and Plano. Don't think they are in Richardson and Lewisville or Irving. BUT - they don't really pay attention unless you are selling them.

This is very common - each city can make their own decisions on animal legality. It may help to talk to local pet stores, your animal control office, and city hall about ordinances and exotics laws so you will know for sure.
