Is it ok to put that fluffy cottony stuff in my gliders' nesting box? is it bad for them? would they like something else better?

I think most answers you will get is stick with fleece. Use fleece blankets for their nesting boxes or fleece pouches. It is safe, washes easily and reusable.

I use pouches for most all my gliders. My pregnant females and their mates get nesting boxes because it is easier for me to check on them and to "steal" joey time once they are oop. For the nest boxes, I put in a bunch of 4x4 or 6x6 inch peices of fleece so they can easily move them around and make their nest the way they want it.

Judge not until you have walked in their shoes and lived their lives. What you see online is only part of the story.

The cottony stuff isn't good for them. They can get all tangled up in it. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> It also will catch on everything as glider food is sticky and that cotton stuff sticks to everything the gliders touch.
