So I decided to go with the custom cage set up and ordered two set like suggested. I need a suggestions or help. She made them and everything but the lady said she had forgotten about them and was glad I emailed her and she'd send them in the morning. That was on 28th of Oct. they would be sent out and I haven't received anything. What should I do? I only have about a week until I get my babies and don't have time to reorder another set let alone two. Plus I paid with paypal so .....

First, I would contact vendor again and ask if she indeed shipped items, if she has, let her know you haven't received them yet and ask if she has a tracking number, most vendors I believe use those.

If you have no luck with that, tell her you want a refund. If she doesn't work with you, you'll have to file a dispute with PayPal.

I Messaged her three times awhile back she got back to me yesterday saying she'd message me when she got back to her desk in a couple of hours. I haven't heard back from her and have messaged her 3 more times since then. I don't have time to have anything made custom for my babes.

Could you buy or borrow a smaller cage in the meantime?
I had the same problem, the cage I purchased was let getting to me as well, I even postponed getting my babies a week
I ended up borrowing a bird cage from a friend, that the babies stayed in for about 2 days. It was smaller than ideal but with some toys and perches it did well for them. I'll probably actually buy my own for when I need to travel or they need to go stay with family while I'm away or anything.

Oh Raelea it's the fleece pouches, purses, corner things, etc. It's not the cage it's their sleeping items. I heard they get their nails stuck so I made the decision to buy custom ones safer for my babies. But of course something went wrong.

It is always sad when something like this happens. As a customer it is frustrating when you are looking forward to something being delivered in a timely manner, and then it doesnt show, or show on time (had that last week with something and it drove me nuts)

As a vendor I always use tracking numbers, for piece of mind for both myself and customer. I use priority so depending on location takes 2 to 3 days which is nice as I hate to wait too. If using priority, insurance is included up to $50.

So sorry to hear about your troubles. Hope you get it sorted out quickly!
