Hello, again! So today I finally got Loki introduced to all of my other gliders and they're all playing happily in one cage! Yay! I havr a pretty large cage, 36" tall by 21" deep by 32" wide, not including the stand. I was wondering if this is large enough to house 4-5 suggies comfortably? Or should I plan to upgrade in the future? I'm not sure what brand the cage is, it was a hand-me-down off Craigslist but it came with a stand and under the cage shelf the bars on the sides are horizontal and the ones on the front and back are vertical but they don't seem to have any problem climbing all the way around the cage. There is a level 12" from the bottom; I may try taking this out for a couple of weeks when I clean it this weekend to see which they like better.
On a side note, I was trimming nails yesterday and found out the female that I rescued, Skittle, is missing her outer two toes on her front right foot, just after her knuckles. I think her nails must have gotten caught or ripped off as there are still stubs. She gets around fine but she does have a little bit of a harder time gripping- I notice she'll grab onto things, slip a little, then grab a couple more times until she gets a good footing. The iniury appears to be old and completely healed, no scab or anything. Should I be doing anything special to accommodate her?

The cage is the same size as a Brisbane cage sold by exotic nutrition. It is fine for 4 gliders as long as you provide opportunities for out of cage play so they have a chance to stretch and jump some.
I would not add more gliders to the colony unless you go up to a larger cage.
Gliders adapt very well to missing toes. you should not have to do anything different for her.
