I would think it would depend on the coloring used... vegetable coloring should be ok... I'd just watch to make sure they don't chew them...

Well they were for sale as bird toys so I suppose that they should be ok but I just wanted to be sure <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> thx!

I bought my guys some bird toys that have colored wood fruit shapes, balls and blocks and havnt had a problem! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Also check to see how badly the color runs from the wood.

I made the mistake of buying a wooden bird toy with colored wood and when my glider peed on it (their favorite thing to do!), the color ran and go on him. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shakehead.gif" alt="" />
